Who you are dealing with
Nive is run by Marco Louis, an individual based in Cairo, Egypt, trading as Nive. In these terms, "I" means me, Marco. You can reach me at support@nive.pro.
Who sells Nive to you
Polar (polar.sh) is the reseller and Merchant of Record for all Nive orders. Polar sells you the subscription, takes the payment and handles sales tax. Your purchase is also covered by Polar's buyer terms.
What Nive is
Nive is software that drafts cold emails in your voice. You answer a few questions and rewrite a few sample paragraphs, and Nive builds a profile of how you write and decide. You add the people you want to write to yourself. Nive writes a draft for each one and checks it against your rules. You review every draft, and you send it yourself from your own Gmail account. Nive never sends emails for you, never finds or buys contacts, and never sends in bulk. Drafts are written by an AI model and can be wrong, so read each one before you send it.
Your account
You sign in with your Google account. Nive gets your name and email from Google, never access to your inbox. Keep your Google account secure. One account is for one person, so do not share it.
Subscription and billing
Nive monthly costs 19 US dollars a month. It renews every month until you cancel. Polar may add sales tax or VAT at checkout, depending on where you live.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your billing page, which Polar runs. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and nothing more is charged after that.
Refunds
You get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment. After that, you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the month you paid for. There are no partial refunds for unused days.
Fair use
Do not use Nive to send spam, unlawful emails, or emails to people who did not agree to get them where the law requires that agreement. Do not use it for illegal content. You are responsible for every email you send, and for following the email and privacy laws that apply to you.
Your content
What you put into Nive stays yours: your answers, your profile, your people and your drafts. I use it only to run Nive for you. You can delete all of it at any time from My seat and data.
Changes
Nive is early and it will change. Before any change to the service or to these terms that matters to you, I will tell you by email. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it starts.
No promises, and limits
Nive is offered as it is. I do not promise that it will always work, that every draft will be right, or that your emails will get replies. As far as the law allows, I am not responsible for indirect losses, and my total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid for Nive in the 12 months before a claim.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
