The rule
You get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment. After that, you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the month you paid for. There are no partial refunds for unused days.
How to ask
Email support@nive.pro and tell me the email address you used at checkout. I will ask Polar to refund you.
Who pays you back
Polar sends the refund to the card or account you paid with. Polar may also refund a payment on its own if it believes the payment was made in error or by fraud.
