Acceptable use

Draft. A lawyer has not reviewed this yet.

Nive writes. You send.

Nive writes drafts. It never sends email. You read each draft and send it yourself, from your own inbox.

People you found yourself

You add each person yourself, one row at a time, up to 50. Nive has no contact lists and no import, so there is nothing to buy, rent or scrape. Nive never stores your contacts' email addresses: you type each one in Gmail when you send.

30 drafts a day

Nive writes at most 30 drafts a day for each account, rewrites included. The count starts again at midnight UTC.

Every email lets people say no

Every draft ends with an opt-out line and your business postal address, as US anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM) requires. You can change the words of the line, but not remove it. When someone asks you to stop, stop.

You confirm the law first

Before your first draft, you confirm that you write to business contacts you found yourself, and that you follow anti-spam laws like CAN-SPAM. Nive writes nothing until you do.

Not allowed

Spam. Bought, rented or scraped lists. Misleading subject lines or sender details. Emails to personal addresses without the person's consent where the law requires it. Anything illegal.

Reporting abuse

Write to abuse@nive.pro. I read every report and look at the account. Depending on what I find, I warn the founder or close the account. Accounts that send spam are closed, without a refund.
